Terms and Conditions of Cancellation and Refund Policy Notice of Cancellation. More than 24 Hours Notice: Participants who provide notice of cancellation more than 24 hours prior to the clinic will receive a credit that can be applied towards our next clinic or any of our services. Less than 24 Hours Notice: Participants who provide notice of cancellation within 24 hours of the clinic or fail to give notice will not be eligible for a refund or credit. Severe Weather Policy: In the event that severe weather conditions force us to reschedule the clinic, no refunds will be issued. If participants are unable to attend the rescheduled date, they will not receive a refund or credit. By booking a spot in our clinic, you agree to these terms and conditions.
